Raised with intention from start to finish, our lamb comes from ranch-raised Katahdin-haired sheep, a breed known for its clean, mild flavor and natural adaptability. As a hair sheep, Katahdin lamb offers a more approachable, less “gamey” eating experience, making it a great option for both everyday meals and elevated cooking.

Each whole lamb share is thoughtfully processed to provide a balanced mix of cuts:
