Each quarter beef share is thoughtfully processed to provide a balanced selection of everyday cuts and premium steaks:

• Boneless Ribeye (2 steaks per pack) | 3 packs
• Filet (2 steaks per pack) | 2 packs
• NY Strip (2 steaks per pack) | 3 packs
• Brisket (portion) | 1 pack
• Stew Meat (boneless) | 4 packs
• Ground Beef | ~35–40 packs
• Cubed Steak (6 pcs/pack) | 4 packs

With beef supply tight and pricing unusually volatile right now, we've made the intentional choice to pause beef share sales rather than compromise on the quality and consistency we've built our name on.
