Our Loose Chorizo is fresh, Mexican-style pork sausage sold by the pound in easy-to-use chubs. It comes loose rather than in casings, so it crumbles right into the pan and browns into rich, savory sausage with bold chile and spice flavor.

Because it's uncased, it's endlessly versatile. Brown it for breakfast tacos, scrambles, and burritos, stir it into queso, pile it onto nachos, or cook it down into rice, beans, and soups. A little goes a long way.
