Processing and Added-Value.

USDA processing for all species, plus value-added options that make your product retail-ready. We cut it, pack it, label it, and return it ready for sale.

How it Works

Bring in animals or send trim from your processor. You choose how it’s handled. Finished product is shipped or delivered back to you.

  1. Haul + Intake

Option 1: Haul in beef, pork, lamb, goat, or bison. Option 2: Ship us trim from your processor. Option 3: We procure trim to private label product under your brand. We confirm timelines, processing instructions, and packaging/labeling.

  2. USDA Processing + Cut Plan

Animals are processed under USDA inspection. Orders are cut, packed, and labeled to spec. Boxed product is ready for pickup or the next step.

  3. Packaging + Labeling

We finish your order to your specs, including packaging style, case packs, and labeling needs. Product is boxed and prepared for return.

  4. Ship or Deliver Finished Product

Finished product is shipped back to you or delivered locally when available.

Certified Safe. Always Accountable.

Our USDA-inspected facility follows strict safety and traceability standards to ensure every product meets high-quality standards.

Straightforward Service You Can Count On

All kill fees, packaging and cold storage rates are available up front; specialty or volume pricing provided on request.

What is your typical processing timeline?

Sheep and hogs typically take around 10 days from harvest to completion. Beef requires an average of at least 20 days, which includes hang time, cutting, packing, and freezing.

Can you handle rush orders or unique packing?

We can sometimes accommodate rush orders depending on our schedule. Please call ahead to confirm availability. We also offer custom white labeling. Clients cannot bring in their own labels. You can either send us your logo and we will place it on our in-house white labels, or provide your label design and we will purchase and apply them for you. A service fee will apply.

What certifications come with my product?

All products are processed under United States Department of Agriculture inspection.

How do I submit my cutting requests?

When you schedule a processing appointment, someone from the processing team will get in touch with you to walk through the cut sheet.

Who do I contact for white label inquiries?
